Small works rosters are lists of pre-qualified contractors who can bid for an eligible projects below $300,000.

Applying to the Small Works Roster

To apply for KPUD’s Small Works Roster, send the information below via email the Contracts & Procurement Team.

1. Letter providing your company’s specialty and a list of references
2. Completed Small Works Roster Information Form (PDF)
3. Certificate of Liability Insurance (Sample Liability Insurance Certificate (PDF) – please note the “type of insurance” and “limits” we require. The certificate holder should be “Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County”)
