- Repair work continues on the fiber infrastructure.
- As work repair has progressed, we have found more extensive damage.
- At this time, there is no ETA for service restoration.
- Crews will continue to work through the night until service is restored.

5:15 p.m.
- Repair work continues on the fiber infrastructure.
- Based on the current repair progress, we anticipate service restoration by 10:00 p.m. tonight.
- If you experience connectivity issues after 5:00 a.m., please contact your ISP directly to report the issue.
1:00 p.m.
- The outage has been caused by a construction excavator that came in contact with a large portion of KPUD Fiber infrastructure.
- We are formulating a plan for restoration now, and repairs will be lengthy.
- We do not anticipate service restoration prior to 10:00 p.m.
- Another update will be provided here at 5:00 p.m.
