- We anticipate repair work to take the majority of the day with restoration ETA between 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
- A longer fiber cut will need to be made during the repair process and the customer outage impact size may increase.

- After accessing the situation, it appears the outage was caused by vandalism, but not the original cut reported by the community.
- Crews are developing a plan for restoration.
