Finn Hill Customer Service Lobby – Temporary Side Entrance
We’re making important upgrades to better serve our customers both now and into the future. Our lobby will be undergoing a remodel focused on enhanced safety features and improved ADA accessibility. These updates are designed to create a safer, more welcoming space for everyone who visits.
Construction begin on May 13 and will continue through the end of June. During this time, we will continue to provide in-person customer service using a temporary, alternate setup inside our facility. While all services remain available, customers may experience minor disruptions or adjusted layouts as work progresses.
Customers may want to consider handling business remotely when possible, using online services or mailing in payments. The outside payment drop box will be available after hours only during this phase of construction. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we invest in these improvements.
