KPUD Fiber Internet Outage
Impacted Area: Poulsbo - Along the Area of Noll Road NE – East of Poulsbo Middle School and Elementary School

UPDATE: 10:20 p.m.
Service should be restored to residents with some exceptions.
As service returns and your internet restarts, if you are experiencing difficulties, please contact your internet service provider (ISP) directly.
Providing as much information as possible to your ISP will help resolve issues quicker. Be prepared to provide your ISP with answers to these questions:
- Have you connected your network cable directly into the data socket, or are you using a router or another kind of wireless connection? If so, do you experience the same problem if you connect a network cable directly to the data socket?
- Have you tried to change your network cable?
- Do you experience the problem at a particular time of day or throughout the day?
- After investigating the issue, your ISP will contact KPUD if necessary.

UPDATE: 9:15 p.m.
This will be the last update for the evening. Crews will continue to work on the repair through the night. We are expecting several more hours of work. Thank you for your patience during this time.
UPDATE: 5:20 p.m.
Crews continue to work on the repair. We anticipate at least three more hours after which time we may see some connections being restore individually. Service restoration will not happen simultaneously.
UPDATE: 2:15 p.m.
Crews continue to work on the repair. Although an ETA for restoration is still unknown, we do know that it highly unlikely it will be repaired prior to end of the business day. Crews will work as long as it takes to restore service. Once we get closer to an ETA, it will be posted here.
UPDATE: 9:50 a.m.
The repair of the fiber will require us to take down additional circuits, increasing the area of the outage, although residential impact will remain the same. We anticipate repairs will take most of the day. Once we have an ETA for restoration we will post.
UPDATE: 8:30 a.m.
KPUD crews have identified cuts to the fiber line caused by vandalism, and repair is required. Restoration time still unknown, please check here for updates.
7:15 a.m.
We are aware of a fiber internet outage impacting customers in the Noll Road NE area of Poulsbo. There is currently, no ETA for restoration.
