KPUD Fiber Internet Customers
Impacted Areas: Big Valley Road (Poulsbo)

- Service restored.
August 6, 2024 – 6:00 p.m.
- KPUD crews have identified multiple breaks in our fiber internet as a result of tree trimming in the area.
- Customers in the northern area of Big Valley Road have been experiencing an internet outage since this afternoon.
- Replacement of fiber is necessary, which will cause an expanded outage area (south of Ellen's Path).
- Service outage within the expanded area will be in 2-3 hours from this posting.
- Complete restoration is anticipated to take between 5-7 hours from this posting.
