- Service has been restored to all customers.
- If you experience connectivity issues, please contact your ISP directly to report the issue. KPUD works directly with ISPs to manage reported concerns outages.

- Customers should begin to see restoration of service.
- Once all customers are restored we will make notification here.

- KPUD crews continue to work to repair the fiber line.
- We are hoping to see restoration within the next two hours.

- A fiber cut has been identified in the above areas of Kingston.
- KPUD crews have been dispatched for assessment and repair.
- There is currently no ETA for restoration of service although we are hoping within 5 hours.
