Online Autopay Customers - Re-enrollment Required

On December 7, 2022, a system upgrade was made to the third-party autopay billing system used by KPUD. If you are currently enrolled in autopay, you will need to re-enter your payment method. KPUD values your consumer safety and want to assure you that your payment information remains safe and secure through this upgrade. We apologize for the inconvenience of re-entering your information.

NOTE: MerchantTransact is the only authorized autopay vendor for KPUD and is accessed through the KPUD website. Payments made through any other third-party are not endorsed or authorized by KPUD.
