Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for the Deer Path Tank Project on April 16, 2024 until 1:00 p.m., at the KPUD Administrative Offices, located at 1431 Finn Hill Road, Poulsbo, Washington 98370. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Finn Hill Road location.

Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances required for demolition of the existing northeast concrete tank and construction of three concrete tanks on one shared foundation. Each tank shall have an inside diameter of 30’, and a height of 34’ to the overflow outlet. The total height of each tank (including railings on roof) must be less than 40’. This project will also include installation of approximately 259’ of 8” DI pipe, tank drainage appurtenances for the new tanks, security fencing, and other work as detailed in the plans and specifications. Plans and specifications are on file at Kitsap PUD, 1431 Finn Hill Road, (P.O. Box 1989), Poulsbo, WA 98370, copies may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of $150 each between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or by appointment.
