Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for the LUD #40 Bill Point Water Part 1 Project on March 7, 2023 until 1:00 p.m., at the KPUD Office, 1431 Finn Hill Road, Poulsbo, Washington 98370, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for construction of 2767 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, 43 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and 1507 linear feet of 2-inch polyethylene water main on NE Bill Point Drive, Bill Point Crest NE, Bill Point View NE, Bill Point Hill NE, Bill Point Bluff NE, Bill Point Court NE, and Bill Point Circle NE, 84 service connections, asphalt roadway repair and other work as shown on the project plans and specifications.

Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "Kitsap Public Utility District". Plans and specifications are also on file at KPUD, 1431 Finn Hill Road, (P.O. Box 1989), Poulsbo, WA 98370, copies may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of $150 each between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or by appointment. To be considered a Plan Holder for addenda, a contractor must register online with BXWA at www.bxwa.com. Only registered Plan Holders will receive email notices of addenda and other updates.
