The chosen firm will enter into an initial three (3) year term agreement with the option (based on mutual Agreement) to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon KPUD Board approval. The maximum total compensation payable for services authorized under this Agreement will not exceed $200,000 for the duration of the Agreement, unless modified by a supplemental Agreement; however, there is no guarantee that all funds will be expended.
