Contact Person EmailPursuant to RCW 39.80, Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals and firms for On-Call Land Surveying Services. The consultant(s) will provide survey services as KPUD projects are scheduled for development or as circumstances emerge that require professional survey services.
KPUD anticipates selecting one or more firms to provide consulting services on an on-call basis, and each firm may subsequently be asked to prepare specific proposals for more than one project.
The chosen firm(s) will enter into an initial two (2) year term agreement with the option (based on mutual Agreement) to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon KPUD Board approval. The maximum total compensation payable for services authorized under this Agreement will not exceed $100,000 for the duration of the Agreement, unless modified by a supplemental Agreement; however, there is no guarantee that all funds will be expended.
To be considered for on-call work under this RFQ, on the date/time that statements of qualifications are due, all consultants and subconsultants must be registered with www.sam.gov and not be excluded from receiving federal funds using the System for Award Management (2 CFR § 200.214).
