Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for TEL-260389 Gold Creek Fiber Project on February 14, 2023, until 1:00 p.m., at the KPUD’s Administrative Offices located at 1431 Finn Hill Road, Poulsbo, Washington 98370. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Finn Hill Road location.

Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the installation of KPUD provided fiber cables from the existing KPUD splice case on NW Holly Rd along Lake Tahuyeh Rd NW and Gold Creek Rd NW to meet with Mason 3 Fiber at W Critter Creek Lane NW using the strand and lash construction methods along PSE poles, installation of conduit in Kitsap ROW and proof and pull of fiber through conduit, as indicated in the Construction Specifications & Contract. To be considered a plan holder for addenda, a contractor must register with KPUD by sending an email to pdressel@kpud.org. The email must identify the desire to be added to the plan holders list, include project name, contractor name, contact name, contact email address, and contact telephone. Only registered plan holders will receive email notices of addenda and other updates.
