Contact Person Phone Number EmailNotice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for TEL-260405 Old Mill Road Fiber Project on October 5, 2023, until 11:00 a.m., at the KPUD Administrative Offices located at 1431 NW Finn Hill Road, Poulsbo, Washington 98370. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Finn Hill Road location.
Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment, and materials required for the installation of the KPUD provided fiber cables from a point starting on Old Mill Road to a point ending on NE Eagle Harbor Drive all located on Bainbridge Island, Washington. Project work includes installation of approximately 15,000 feet of strand and fiber and approximately 2,400 feet of conduit and fiber as indicated in the plans and specifications located in the Related Documents section of this webpage. To be considered a plan holder for addenda, a contractor must register with KPUD via email to pdressel@kpud.org. Only registered plan holders will receive email notices of addenda and other updates.
