Notice is hereby given that Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (Kitsap PUD) will receive sealed bid proposals for the TEL-260533 DC Plants Phase 1 – ARPA Node Grant on January 17, 2024, until 1:00 p.m., at the KPUD’s Administrative Offices, located at 1431 Finn Hill Rd, Poulsbo, Washington 98370. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Finn Hill Road location.

Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the installation of DC power plants including battery strings, rectifiers, equipment racks, and associated equipment at 7 locations within Kitsap County. Work includes electrical and HVAC work including installation of sub panels, transfer switches, lighting, receptacles, and ductless mini-split HVAC heating and cooling systems all as indicated in the plans and specifications which can be found on the Kitsap PUD website https://www.kpud.org/about-us/vendors-bids/. All work performed on this project is subject to state prevailing wage rates. Non-mandatory site meetings will be held as noted in the Introduction to Bidders in Construction Specifications and Contract Documents available on this webpage.
