The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for the Board to hear directly from the public about their experiences with electric service, what they value, the challenges they face, and their expectations of a locally governed, publicly owned electric utility. KPUD does not currently provide electric service, the Board has not made any decisions regarding public electric service, and no presentation, proposal, or decisions are planned during the listening session.
