COMMITTEE APPLICATION DEADLINE 5:00 p.m. on THURDAY, JULY 30, 2026.
The Kitsap Public Utility District (KPUD) Board of Commissioners is seeking community members to be considered for appointment to the committees that will prepare the arguments for and against the public power ballot measure for the Kitsap County Local Voters’ Pamphlet.
Under Washington law, separate committees are appointed to prepare the statement supporting the measure and the statement opposing the measure. Each committee is limited to three members and must appoint a chairperson to serve as the primary point of contact. At least one member of each committee will be identified in the Local Voters’ Pamphlet.
If you are a resident of Kitsap County and are interested in serving on one of these committees, please complete the form below. Submitting this form does not guarantee appointment. Committee members will be appointed by the KPUD Board of Commissioners in accordance with state law.
