Passing of Long-Time Former KPUD Commissioner John Armstrong
It is with sadness that we share the passing of former long-time KPUD Commissioner John Armstrong on March 5, 2023, surrounded by friends and loved ones. John served on the Kitsap Public Utility District Board of Commissioners for over two decades from 1992-2016.
