Payment Options


KPUD Administrative Offices are open for in-person customer services Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All water service accounts at KPUD are kept in the name of the property owners. Owners of rental properties may arrange for duplicate billing services.

Our online bill processing is handled by MerchantTransact, a third-party site:

  • That site may have a legal and privacy policy different from KPUD
  • KPUD is not responsible for the products, services, and content offered
  • MerchantTransact is the only authorized autopay vendor for KPUD and is accessed through the KPUD website
  • Payments made through any other third-party are not endorsed or authorized by KPUD


This feature is for property owners only. Login to the KPUD online payment account to autopay with credit or debit card. Once registered, funds will be pulled on the bill’s due date.

One-Time Payment

Use the Quick Payment online payment portal to make a one-time payment.

Tenants can make a payment using the Quick Payment option through the KPUD Quick Payment online payment portal.

Please have full account number (including 000) and building number for residence (if applicable) to make a Quick Payment.

Only owners are able to register for an online payment account and enter into autopay arrangements.
